Good evening everyone
Well today is my MB friend Lana's birthday. Happy Birthday Lana!
I made this card for her but couldn't show it til I knew she had received it!
The card is made using the Cricut Design Studio and a present cut from the Celebrations cartridge. I used cream pearlescent cardstock and printed the large polka dots using Pink petticoat pink large polka dots for the ouside and the negative print on the inside. I used swiss dots embossing folder on the 'ribbon/bow'. Added some ribbon a tag also from Celebrations cart and some pink skittles and printed Lana's name on computer. The .cut file is here in case anyone would like to make a card like this and on the 4th page of the cut I have sized a matching envelope to fit which uses Plantin school Cartridge.

Here is the cut file:

Hi everyone
I recently ordered a full set of studio G stamps (set 16) from the USA from an MB member Marti who has an online shop
It is almost impossible to get many of the studio g stamps that are released here in the UK but Marti can and her prices are brilliant and shipping costs too! And what a wonderful service she posted them from the USA on the 22nd July and I received today in the UK 26th July! Wow what service and have a look at all the wonderful stamps! Thank you Marti I will definitely shop again!

I made this card today for my friend Julie who's birthday is tomorrow! This is a simple card too which I have made a couple of times. I love simple cards I'm kind of a less is more girl! I hope she likes it!

I recently made this card which is the same as my black and cream card further down but in pink. I like the simple design on this card and will probably make it again! The colours look lilac in the photo for some reason but they are pink!

Just thought I'd share this. My son Connor who is 14 has never ever showed an interest in crafting and oh I have tried! Even when he was little his friends would come over and I'd get some craft stuff out and they would all love cutting and sticking but not Connor Oh No he thought it was boring!

Anyway its funny what an electronic toy will do for a boy! When he saw what my Cricut can do all of a sudden he wanted a go! He made this card with the cricut for his friend who loves 'The Legend Of Zelda' PS game. Apparently it depicts the Tri Force and he also cut out the numbers for his age to put in the middle. He got me to post this on the Cricut MB too and received some lovely comments. So now I guess I will have to share my cricut when he next feels the need to make a card! lol!

I am so lucky I received this wonderful card in the post from my MB friend Lana! Isn't it just adorable! Lana has been making some fabulous designs with her Cricut Design Studio and this is one of them! You can see Lana's wonderful creations on her blog please go and have a look

Thank you so much Lana this also has pride of place on my mantlepiece too!

A little while ago I received a wonderful card from Sandi 'Celtic Woman' is her MB name. She sent me this beautiful card all the way from the USA and I felt so honoured to receive one of her wonderful creations. Sandi is so artistic and creative. Just look at the shadowing she has put on this card! Thank you so much Sandi it has pride of place on my mantlepiece!

Well at the beginning of July I was featured in the highlighted cards in the Cricut Chirp!!! I consider this a real honour and was so excited when I saw it! It was for my 'Nan's Card' that I made for my son to give my mum for her birthday!

For the card I used a white blank 6x6 suare card and covered the front with cream and black striped and dotty card which is from DCWV All Dressed Up Mat Stack ( I purchased this from my MB friend Lana's new online shop fab shop and fab service!) I added black velvet and organza ribbon (my favourite ribbon of the moment which I bought from Poppicrafts another fab online store. I love this ribbon and bought it in black, pink and white and so you will be seeing it on a lot of my cards !!) Then a large black flower ( also Poppicrafts) and a large cream brad (Lana's shop) Text is computer generated (gigi font) on cream card and pop dotted onto a black mat. Thanks for looking!
