BBTB2 PRAM/STROLLER CHALLENGE AND MONTH END BLOG HOP!

Hello
It's time for our month end challenge and bloghop at BBTB2! Carole asked us to use the pram/stroller cut from New Arrival Cricut cartridge but don't worry if you don't have this cart you can use any of the many cartridges that have a pram/stroller on as we'd love you to join us!
I designed this card by welding the shadow pram cut flipprd to the inside of an aperture card (also from New arrival) it's a 5"square card. I made sure the 'weld' didn't pass the centrepoint of the fromt of the card and scored down the centre to make this zig zag card shape. I'm not very good at explaining this but if you look at the pics hopefully everything will become clear!!  Papers are all by Papermania  and sentiment is a cuttlebug die. Just a couple  gems and buttons to finish/
Now on to the bloghop! You should have arrived from the very talented Theresa's blog and your next stop will be our lovely Julia's blog to check out her gorgeous creation.
I am offering a little candy this week, a pack of pastel colour Promarkers so if you would like a chance to win these just leave me a comment and I will pick a winner this coming Saturday!

Thanks so much for stopping by as you hop!

BBTB2 CATERPILLAR CHALLENGE

Hi
It's Monday and time for our BBTB2 challenge. Heather our leader has decided to step down from leading the team as she is going to be looking after her beautiful new grandbaby Blake. Thanks you Heather for all your hard work looking after us all at BBTB2, I'm sure we will still be seeing Heather's gorgeous creations appearing in our challenges in the future.
Our lovely DT sisters Carole and Donna are taking over the helm at BBTB2 and this week Carole chose the Caterpillar cut for us from Walk In My Garden cricut cart. I am lucky enough to have this cartridge which my dear blogging friend Lillie sent me as a gift a few years ago!
The card I made is going to be sent to a seven year old boy so no bows or bling!
I used a DL (81/2"x 3 1/2") card and covered it with DCWV papers for the sky and the ground. My caterpillar is cut at 2 1/2" shadow in black, base in yellow and layer in green polkadot. When I first looked at this cut I noticed that he had seven sections as well as his head so it would be perfect to add the letters for the word birthday to each of the sections of his body! I used white cardstock sticker letters from Papermania. All three layers are popdotted for dimension. The word Happy is also cut from the same cartridge at 1 1/4"shadow in yellow and base in black then pop dotted on to the card. Finally I added three little butterflies using a Martha Stewart punch and some googly eyes to my caterpillar.
Please pop over to BBTB2 and see the wonderful Caterpillar creations the DT have created this week and we would love you to join us and if you don't have the cartridge you can use any cartridge that has a caterpillar!
Have a lovely week and thanks so much for popping by today
